Fandango for cello and piano was composed by Ailbhe McDonagh in 2018. This piece uses the ricochet stroke in a Fandango style rhythm. There is a gradual accelerando from the beginning to the end of the piece which is directed by the cellist to great effect. Guaranteed fun! It is printed in It's a Cello Thing, book 2.
